After ten months of mentorship circles, leadership workshops, and hands-on service projects, the 2025 cohort gathered in Uyo to mark the close of the program. Families, mentors, and community leaders filled the hall to celebrate a milestone years in the making.
Throughout the year, participants led town-hall conversations across three local government areas, organised clean-up drives, and mentored younger students — putting the principles of integrity and service into practice long before graduation day.
“I came in unsure of my voice. I’m leaving ready to lead — and to bring others with me.”
— Graduating participant, 2025 cohort
Several graduates are already stepping into new roles: some are mentoring the incoming cohort, others are launching community initiatives of their own. It is exactly the ripple effect the program is designed to create.
Applications for the next leadership cohort open later this year. To support the program or nominate a young leader, reach out through our Get Involved page.
